Cancel Vimeo in 5 steps

  1. Sign in at vimeo.com from a web browser (cancel where you subscribed).
  2. Open 'Settings' → 'Plans' / 'Billing'.
  3. Select 'Cancel plan' / 'Downgrade' and follow the prompts.
  4. Download any videos you need — some are removed if they exceed the free tier after downgrade.
  5. Cancel before your renewal date and keep the confirmation.
