Cancel Walmart+ in 6 steps

  1. Sign in to your Walmart account at walmart.com or in the Walmart app.
  2. Go to 'Account' → 'Walmart+' → 'Manage membership'.
  3. Select 'Cancel Walmart+ membership'.
  4. Decline any retention offers or free-trial extensions.
  5. Confirm the cancellation.
  6. Check for a confirmation email.

What happens after you cancel

Cancel during a free trial and benefits end immediately with no charge. Cancel a paid membership and you keep benefits until the end of the current period. Walmart offers a refund if you haven't used any Walmart+ benefits in the current period — request it via support.

If you subscribed to Walmart+ through the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel in that store's Subscriptions section rather than on walmart.com.
