How to cancel Webex
A quick, up-to-date guide to cancelling Webex — and keeping proof that you did, in case you're charged anyway.
Cancel Webex in 5 steps
- Sign in at webex.com / admin.webex.com (the account admin cancels).
- Open 'Billing' / 'Subscription' / 'Plan'.
- Select 'Cancel subscription' / turn off auto-renew and follow the prompts.
- Cancel before your renewal date — monthly and annual plans auto-renew.
- Get a cancellation confirmation and keep it.
What happens after you cancel
You keep your Webex plan until the end of the current billing period, then revert to the free tier. Annual plans are prepaid; cancelling turns off the next renewal. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
Subscribed through Apple, Google, or another provider?
Webex (Cisco) is billed on its website. If you bought through a reseller, cancel there instead.
Charged after cancelling Webex?
