How to cancel Webflow

A quick, up-to-date guide to cancelling Webflow — and keeping proof that you did, in case you're charged anyway.

Before you click cancel: the moment you cancel is exactly when proof matters. CancelProof records your cancellation — the pages, the clicks, the confirmation — so if Webflow bills you after you cancel, you have a refund pack ready. Add to Chrome — Free

Cancel Webflow in 5 steps

  1. Sign in at webflow.com from a web browser.
  2. Open the site or account 'Settings' → 'Plans' / 'Billing'.
  3. Select 'Cancel plan' / downgrade (site plans and workspace plans are separate).
  4. Cancel before your renewal date — monthly and annual plans auto-renew.
  5. Get written confirmation and keep it.

What happens after you cancel

Webflow has separate site plans and workspace plans — cancel each you don't need. You keep the plan until the end of the current billing period, then it reverts. Annual plans are prepaid; cancel before your renewal date. Keep the confirmation.

Subscribed through Apple, Google, or another provider?

Webflow is billed on its website. If you subscribed through an app store, cancel in that store's Subscriptions section instead.

Charged after cancelling Webflow?

It happens more than it should. If a charge lands after you cancelled, here's how to get your money back from Webflow — and why documented proof is what makes the difference.

Frequently asked questions

Will Webflow charge me after I cancel?
It shouldn't. After you cancel, Webflow keeps your access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, then stops billing. If a charge still appears, see our guide on being charged after cancelling Webflow.
Does cancelling Webflow delete my account?
No. Cancelling stops future billing but usually keeps your account so you can return later. Deleting your account is a separate action in Webflow's settings.
How do I know my Webflow cancellation worked?
Look for a cancellation confirmation email from Webflow and check that your account shows the plan ending. Keeping that confirmation — an email or a screenshot — is your proof if there's ever a dispute.
