Cancel Wix in 5 steps

  1. Sign in at wix.com and go to your account → 'Subscriptions'.
  2. Find the Premium plan you want to cancel and click its '...' menu → 'Cancel Plan'.
  3. Select a reason and confirm the cancellation.
  4. Turn off auto-renew for any domain you don't want to keep (managed separately under Domains).
  5. Keep the confirmation email.

What happens after you cancel

Your site keeps its Premium features until the end of the current billing period, then reverts to the free plan (with Wix ads and a wix.com URL). Wix refunds within 14 days of purchase for eligible plans. Domains renew separately — cancel their auto-renew too.

Subscribed through Apple, Google, or another provider?

Wix is billed on its website. If you subscribed through a mobile app store, cancel there instead.

Will Wix charge me after I cancel?

Does cancelling Wix delete my account?
No. Cancelling stops future billing but usually keeps your account so you can return later. Deleting your account is a separate action in Wix's settings.
