How to cancel Zattoo

A quick, up-to-date guide to cancelling Zattoo — and keeping proof that you did, in case you're charged anyway.

Before you click cancel: the moment you cancel is exactly when proof matters. CancelProof records your cancellation — the pages, the clicks, the confirmation — so if Zattoo bills you after you cancel, you have a refund pack ready. Add to Chrome — Free

Cancel Zattoo in 5 steps

  1. Sign in at zattoo.com from a web browser (cancel where you subscribed).
  2. Open 'Settings' → 'Subscription' / 'Abo'.
  3. Select 'Cancel subscription' and follow the prompts.
  4. Cancel before your renewal date.
  5. Keep the cancellation confirmation.

What happens after you cancel

You keep Zattoo until the end of the current billing period, then it stops renewing. Trials and intro offers convert to the standard price, so cancel before that date. No refund for the current period is typical.

Subscribed through Apple, Google, or another provider?

If you subscribed to Zattoo through the Apple App Store, Google Play, Amazon, Roku, or a TV/telecom provider, cancel through that provider instead of on the Zattoo website.

Charged after cancelling Zattoo?

It happens more than it should. If a charge lands after you cancelled, here's how to get your money back from Zattoo — and why documented proof is what makes the difference.

Frequently asked questions

Will Zattoo charge me after I cancel?
It shouldn't. After you cancel, Zattoo keeps your access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, then stops billing. If a charge still appears, see our guide on being charged after cancelling Zattoo.
Does cancelling Zattoo delete my account?
No. Cancelling stops future billing but usually keeps your account so you can return later. Deleting your account is a separate action in Zattoo's settings.
How do I know my Zattoo cancellation worked?
Look for a cancellation confirmation email from Zattoo and check that your account shows the plan ending. Keeping that confirmation — an email or a screenshot — is your proof if there's ever a dispute.

Cancelling something? Keep the proof.
