How to cancel Zoom
A quick, up-to-date guide to cancelling Zoom — and keeping proof that you did, in case you're charged anyway.
Cancel Zoom in 5 steps
- Sign in at zoom.us and go to 'Admin' → 'Account Management' → 'Billing' (you must be the account owner/admin).
- Open 'Current Plans', find the plan and click 'Cancel Subscription'.
- Choose to cancel at the end of the term and confirm.
- Cancel any add-ons (extra licenses, Large Meeting, etc.) the same way if needed.
- Keep the confirmation email.
What happens after you cancel
Your paid plan stays active until the end of the current billing term, then reverts to the free Basic plan (40-minute group-meeting limit). Zoom generally doesn't refund the current term, so cancel before your renewal date.
Subscribed through Apple, Google, or another provider?
Zoom is billed on its website. If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel there instead.
Charged after cancelling Zoom?
