How to cancel Zoosk
A quick, up-to-date guide to cancelling Zoosk — and keeping proof that you did, in case you're charged anyway.
Cancel Zoosk in 5 steps
- Cancel where you subscribed — Zoosk may be billed through the website or an app store.
- Web: sign in at zoosk.com → 'Account' / 'Subscription' → 'Cancel subscription'.
- iPhone: Settings → your name → 'Subscriptions' → 'Zoosk' → 'Cancel'.
- Android: Play Store → 'Payments & subscriptions' → 'Subscriptions' → Zoosk → 'Cancel'.
- Cancel before your renewal date and confirm.
What happens after you cancel
You keep your Zoosk subscription until the end of the current billing period, then revert to the free version. Deleting the app does NOT cancel billing — cancel where you subscribed. No refund for the current period is typical.
Subscribed through Apple, Google, or another provider?
Zoosk subscriptions bought via the Apple App Store or Google Play are cancelled in that store's Subscriptions section, not just by deleting the app.
Charged after cancelling Zoosk?
It happens more than it should. If a charge lands after you cancelled, here's how to get your money back from Zoosk — and why documented proof is what makes the difference.
