How to cancel Zwift
A quick, up-to-date guide to cancelling Zwift — and keeping proof that you did, in case you're charged anyway.
Cancel Zwift in 5 steps
- Cancel where you subscribed: zwift.com on the web, or your app store if you signed up in the app.
- Web: sign in at my.zwift.com → 'Membership' / 'Settings' → 'Cancel Membership'.
- App store: open Subscriptions and select Zwift → 'Cancel'.
- Cancel before your renewal date — Zwift bills monthly.
- Confirm the cancellation.
What happens after you cancel
You keep Zwift until the end of the current billing month, then it won't renew. Zwift bills monthly and doesn't refund the current month, so cancel before renewal. Your account and progress are kept if you rejoin.
Subscribed through Apple, Google, or another provider?
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel in that store's Subscriptions section instead of at my.zwift.com.
Charged after cancelling Zwift?
It happens more than it should. If a charge lands after you cancelled, here's how to get your money back from Zwift — and why documented proof is what makes the difference.
