How to cancel Noom
A quick, up-to-date guide to cancelling Noom — and keeping proof that you did, in case you're charged anyway.
Cancel Noom in 5 steps
- Open the Noom app and tap the Settings gear (or your profile), then find 'Manage subscription' / account settings — or sign in at noom.com.
- Select 'Cancel subscription' and follow the prompts.
- Noom usually offers alternatives (pause, extend, or a coach message) — decline these to reach the real cancellation.
- Complete every confirmation step until you see 'subscription cancelled'.
- Check your email for a cancellation confirmation from Noom and keep it.
What happens after you cancel
You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Noom trials often convert to a longer paid plan, so cancel before the trial ends. Refunds are handled case-by-case by Noom support — request one in writing if you were charged unexpectedly.
Subscribed through Apple, Google, or another provider?
If you signed up through the Apple App Store or Google Play, you must cancel in that store's Subscriptions section — cancelling inside the Noom app alone may not stop store billing.
Charged after cancelling Noom?
It happens more than it should. If a charge lands after you cancelled, here's how to get your money back from Noom — and why documented proof is what makes the difference.
